I just chatted with the sweetest agent at this property around 6:30pm on June 11, 2025. I can’t remember her name, but she’s been there for 8 years! I really appreciated her kindness in booking my reservation and making sure I got the best price possible. I’ll definitely have to swing by and say hello since I won’t be seeing her during my next reservation.
This hotel is now undoubtedly in my top 3 favorite hotels. The staff is friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel is noticeable from the moment you walk in. We brought our dog so I'm sure we stayed in a room that's primarily used for that and you would never know, it did not smell like pets whatsoever. The pool and hot tub are indoors, functioning and clean. Oh and not only is the complimentary breakfast shockingly good, it's available until 10am! I could go on and on. We will definitely be using this hotel the next time we're in the Lake George area!
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. The drive in was stunning. Julie the GM gave us early check in as we were traveling with pets to our new home. Melissa checked on us daily which was so sweet and kind.The staff was amazing. This property is beautiful. Check out the spotted rock formations in the back near the fire pit and bbqs they glow in the dark at night. Natural wonder!
I love this place... Beautiful views of the mountains... If they would've helped me out with grabbing my luggage cart after being exhausted from driving for 12 hours they would've got 5 stars across the board... Otherwise everything was top notch!!! Time for all these places to switch to memory foam beds.
This hotel is CLEAN, MODERN, UPDATED, with nice amenities (hot/tea coffee, water, and try-me snacks all day). Also offers a great buffet breakfast. Nice indoor fireplace and large outdoor firepit on stone patio. Bring the suit all year for indoor pool. Wonderful staff and my go-to hotel in Lake George always. The cleaning crew is also terrific. Nice easy location. Wait???? What am I saying??? Now everyone will book this hotel and I will not get a room. LOL. Happy to pass on this recommendation to others. :-) ENJOY.
We stayed there multiple times this winter for sporting events in the area. The hotel seems freshly updated and is a gold standard for the Hampton Inn line. Service was friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient yet private as it's situated just off of the main road.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was a great perk, available every day and included with the stay. The room was comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I also liked that the hotel allows dogs, which made traveling easier. It was also great that they had coffee and tea available in the lobby every day, along with fruit-infused water. In my room, the bathroom layout was a little cramped, with the door opening very close to the toilet. I’m not sure if all the rooms are designed this way, but it made the space less comfortable. Other than that, everything was great, and I would recommend this hotel.
We just stayed one night but this Hampton was perfect. Clean and cosy. Breakfast was great with the standard hot food options plus waffles. Easy check in/out process with friendly staff. Will stay here again for sure.
